Leathergoods & Footwear Manufacturers & Exporters Association of Bangladesh (LFMEAB) is going to participate in a month long training program titled “Skills Training on Footwear Designing” starting from 18th March 2015 organized by LFMEAB strategic partner Centre of Excellence for Leather Skill Bangladesh Limited (COEL). Mr. Champak Mukhopadhyay of the Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI), India will facilitate the training program. 25 participants from LFMEAB member factories will participate in the training program.
From the training, participants are expected to acquire technical skills in creating functional and fashionable footwear and distinct aesthetic sense to develop trend-setting shoe styles in Bangladesh.
