LFMEAB organized a workshop “Costing and Negotiation Skills” on May 11, 2024, at Hotel Amari to enhance the efficiency of engaging with foreign customers. Guided by distinguished resource persons Mr. Ejazur Rahman and Mr. Riad Bakht Chowdhury, the workshop emphasized practicality and relevance in today’s market dynamics. Participants were equipped with enhanced negotiation skills, empowering them to seize opportunities and foster win/win strategies. The focus extended to understanding diverse perspectives and establishing repeatable processes for successful deal-making. Valuable practical experiences from Mr. President Syed Nasim Manzur, esteemed board members, advisors, and participants further enriched the session.
Throughout the day, attendees delved into the golden rules of successful negotiation, identifying daily opportunities and honing a toolbox of influencing skills. The workshop also stressed the importance of people development, competency mapping, and leadership communication.
