Leathergoods And Footwear Manufacturers & Exporters Association of Bangladesh (LFMEAB) delegation led by its President Mr. Syed Nasim Manzur paid a courtesy call on Mr. Ahasanul Islam (Titu) MP., Hon’ble State Minister, Ministry of Commerce on 30 January 2024 at the Ministry of Commerce, Bangladesh Secretariat, Dhaka. During the call-on, LFMEAB delegation congratulated Mr. Ahasanul Islam (Titu) MP on his taking over the charge of the State Minister, Ministry of Commerce. People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
During the visit, LFMEAB President briefed on the activities of LFMEAB, prospects and challenges of the leather products and footwear sector, and the action plan for sectoral development. In response, Hon’ble State Minister appreciated LFMEAB delegation for congratulating him. He also assured them to work on issues addressed and extend all-out cooperation for the growth of the sector and the country’s export diversification.
