Leathergoods & Footwear Manufacturers & Exporters Association of Bangladesh ( LFMEAB) joined the white flag human chain program in front of FBCCI Building on 15th December 2013 to stage demonstrations to protest against the massive economic loss and destruction of business infrastructure caused by political unrest.
The Executive Committee Members of LFMEAB Syed Nasim Manzur, President, Md. Saiful Islam, Senior Vice President, Nasir Khan, Vice President Finance, A.K.M Afzalur Rahman Babu, Vice President, Ziaur Rahman, Director, Md. Shariful Islam, Director, Mir Muniruzzaman, Secretary General, Kazi Roushan Ara, Executive Director, were present along with other colleagues in order to raise their hands to protest against the current political turmoil our country is facing and also to demand peace and prosperity for the nation. They carried White Flags (Symbol of Peace) and banners demanding peace for the Nation.
