Workshop on Leather and Leather Goods: Next to RMG was held on 24th January, 2015 at FARS Hotel & Resorts, 212, Shahid Syed Nazrul Islam Sharani, Bijoynagar, Dhaka.
The workshop was organized by, Board of Investment (BOI), Prime Minister’s Office.
Sr. Vice President of LFMEAB, Mr. Md. Saiful Islam, attended the workshop along with Mr. Sobur Ahmed, Assistant Professor & Chairman, Department of Leather Engineering, Institute of Leather Engineering & Technology, University of Dhaka and Mr. Md Sirajul Haider, Project Director, Tannery Industrial Estate, Dhaka, Bangladesh Small & Cottage Industries Corporation (BSCIC), Ministry of Industries.
Presentations were given by everyone with the common interest of boosting the potential that lies in the leather and leather related products sector of Bangladesh.
