Leathergoods And Footwear Manufacturers & Exporters Association of Bangladesh (LFMEAB) in collaboration with GIZ’s Programme for Sustainability in the Textile and Leather Sector (STILE) is going to initiate it’s first training program on Wednesday, 26th January, 2022 at Bay Footwear Ltd. on dialogue approach to strengthen the capacity of factory committees. The training programs aim to foster social dialogue and co-determination on the factory level using capacity development measures for workers and employers to enhance social and environmental compliance for their factories.
