A training program titled “Fundamentals of Green Financing” was held at Bangladesh Foreign Trade Institute (BFTI), TCB Bhaban (5th Floor), 1 Kawran Bazar, Dhaka-1215 on Saturday, 27th June, 2015. The training was organized by Leathergoods & Footwear Manufacturers & Exporters Association of Bangladesh (LFMEAB) and supported by Leather Sector Business Promotion Council (LSBPC). Different factory owners, financial advisors and head of finance departments participated in the training program. Mr.Hedayetullah Ron, Director of LFMEAB and Mr.Manoj Kumar Biswas, General Manager, Green Banking &CSR; Department, Bangladesh Bank inaugurated the program. The training was facilitated by Mr.Asif Iqbal, Deputy Director, Green Banking & CSR, Bangladesh Bank and Mr. Shah Md. Waheeduzzaman, Deputy Director, Green Banking & CSR, Bangladesh Bank.
